艾美捷 DPP Substrate 1, Fluorogenic（荧光DPP底物1）是Ala-Pro-AMC二肽。它可用于DPP4、DPP7、DPP8、DPP9、脯氨酰寡肽酶（POP）和成纤维细胞活化蛋白（FAP）的活性测定。

可在4°C下短期储存。避免反复冻融。在-20°C下储存。等分试样在-20°C下稳定6个月。为了高回收，在解冻后和取下瓶盖之前，对原始小瓶进行离心。可在分析缓冲液中进一步稀释。

英文说明书：

The fluorogenic DPP substrate 1 is a Ala-Pro-AMC dipeptide. It can be used for the activity assays of DPP4, DPP7, DPP8, DPP9, prolyl oligopeptidase (POP), and fibroblast activation protein (FAP).

Applications：

Suitable for use in the study for enzyme activity, and screening of small molecule inhibitors for drug discovery and HTS applications. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions：

Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability：

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
