总蛋白提取试剂盒有关FAQ：

A：说明书上建议收获 1-3×10^6 个细胞中加入 1 mL 预冷的 1×Extracion Buffer。如果样本量是10^6，是否需要减小反应体系？

Q：如果在样本量较少的时候，为了提高蛋白浓度可适当缩小体系；如果样本量增加时，建议增加提取体系，防止因提取液被稀释，造成提取不充分。
