艾美捷Enzo Fenofibrate是低脂化合物。PPARα（过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α）激动剂（小鼠EC50=18µM，人PPARαEC50=30µM）。也与PPARγ结合，但亲和力至少低10倍，在PPARδ（EC50=100µM）下不活跃。
