中英文说明书：艾美捷肝细胞培养基试剂盒

Hepatocyte culture mdium was designed and tested for our rat hepatocyte. This medium includes two components: Hepatocyte basal medium (H2004-70A1) and Hepatocyte culture medium supplement (H2004-70A2). The hepatocyte culture medium is a serum-free medium supplemented with BSA and several recombinant growth factors. Each lot of this product is tested in cell culture to ensure its sterility. This product does not contain antibiotics.

Use of Hepatocyte Culture Medium for Culturing Rat Hapatocytes：

1. Thaw the supplement and add the entire volume (5ml) to the basal medium (500ml). Antibiotics may also be added if contamination is a concern.

2. Take the amount of hepatocyte culture medium needed and warm to 37°C in a water bath or incubator. Avoid frequent temperature change to the entire bottle of medium. The hepatocyte culture medium is stable for at least 1 month stored at 4°C.

艾美捷肝细胞培养基在培养大鼠单核细胞中的应用：

1、解冻补充剂，将整个体积（5ml）加入基础培养基（500ml）中。如果担心污染，也可以添加抗生素。

2、取所需量的肝细胞培养基，在水浴或培养箱中加热至37°C。避免对整瓶介质进行频繁的温度变化。肝细胞培养基在4°C下至少稳定1个月。

艾美捷肝细胞培养基试剂盒储存和稳定性：

肝细胞基础培养基在4°C下储存，至少稳定6个月。沉淀物颜色或外观的变化可能表明变质。
