肌酐（creatinine，Cre），化学式是C4H7N3O，是肌肉在人体内代谢的产物，主要由肾小球滤过排出体外。每20g肌肉代谢可产生1mg肌酐，在肉类食物摄入量稳定时，身体的肌肉代谢又没有大的变化，肌酐的生成就会比较恒定。

血中肌酐来自外源性和内源性两种，外源性肌酐是肉类食物在体内代谢后的产物；内源性肌酐是体内肌肉组织代谢的产物。

艾美捷肌酐比色检测试剂盒（ADI-907-030）用于在Dimension临床生化系统进行血清、血浆和尿液中肌酐的含量测定。

肌酐比色检测试剂盒（ADI-907-030）采用单步液体检测试剂，比其他检测方法更安全、耗时更少。该试剂盒根据NIST标准进行校准，并提供可重复的结果，分析间和分析内偏差小于6%。
